Pre-Tan Care- For best results:

• Shave before coming in.

• Shower and exfoliate before coming in. 

• Do not put on any lotions, deodorant, make-up, or anything that would form a barrier between the spray and your skin. 

• If you can't shower and exfoliate before coming in, we offer retail products that will gently exfoliate and balance pH levels prior to spray tan application.

Post-Tan Care- For best results:

• Wear dark, loose clothing.

• Stay completely dry for a minimum of 4 hours and up to 24 hours. 

• Upon first post-tan shower, excess cosmetic bronzer color will wash off.

• Be gentle with/avoid exfoliating after your spray tan.

• After first shower, moisturize skin often to prolong your tan.

Halotherapy

What is Halotherapy?

Halotherapy, also known as dry Salt Therapy, is a fast-growing, holistic approach that mimics the microclimate of a salt cave.
Clients breathe in the micro-sized salt particles, which are immediately transported to every part of the respiratory tract, even the smallest alveoli, and bronchioles. Then, the dry salt molecules dissolve and attract small impurities... the reason why it is called the "toothbrush of the lungs."
Salt therapy may eliminate the root of inflammatory respiratory illnesses in the lower and the upper tract like asthma, bronchitis as well as allergies, by destroying bacteria and restoring health and immunity. The only salt that we use for dry salt therapy for the halogenerator is pure pharmaceutical grade (99.99% pure sodium chloride). It is pure and natural sodium chloride that does not contain any additives. All other salt has trace elements and minerals that when ground into microparticles, reach deep into the respiratory tract and could cause adverse reactions.

How Does It Work?

Micro-sized salt particles are dispersed into the sauna through a unique process generated by a halogenerator. These salt particles (less than 3 microns), while creating an antibacterial environment, draw out the excess moisture, mucus, and impurities that are in the airways and on the skin. Therefore, it is essential to use a high-quality halogenerator that produces the right-sized particles in order to achieve the desired results.  

How Many Sessions Are Necessary?

Halotherapy offers the best results when practiced regularly. The benefits are cumulative, so consistency and frequency are the key. For people with chronic issues, it is best to “front-load” by coming in 2-3 times the first 7-10 days to saturate the airway, then back down to once or twice a week to find what maintenance looks like for you. Folks with a more severely compromised respiratory tract/condition will want to start Halotherapy at a lower concentration over a longer session time. Most skin conditions like eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, and dry itchy skin may require a higher concentration and more frequent visits. Chronic conditions require sustained use over time for best results. Halotherapy has been used on a daily basis without any side effects.

Infrared Sauna

What is Infrared?

There’s nothing quite like a session in a sauna. You feel more relaxed and rested after you’re done, and the heat helps relieve sore muscles and improves your overall health and well-being. Infrared saunas have become quintessential in spas, gyms and other wellness settings around the world. These saunas use infrared panels instead of conventional heat to easily penetrate human tissue, heating up your body before heating up the air. In an infrared sauna, about 20% of the heat goes to heating the air and the other 80% heats your body. This radiant heat penetrates the skin more deeply than traditional saunas.

How To Use

• Make sure to be hydrated before going into an Infrared sauna and recommended to hydrate after.

• Length of time. The suggested time is 20 to 30 minutes depending on the temperature.

• Clothing. How one dresses is a personal choice. Some people will wear comfortable, casual clothing, some bathing suits, while others prefer to go in naked.

• Number of sessions per week. Most facilities that offer infrared sauna treatments recommend using the sauna three to four days per week.

Essential Oil is a powerful blend of Spruce, Cypress, and three types of Eucalyptus oils (E. globulus, E. radiata, and E. citriodora). 

Chromotherapy

Chromotherapy, also called color light therapy, is the process of restoring balance to the body by applying color.

We use medical-grade chromotherapy that is very powerful, using 96 LED lights with an array of 12 colors – red, green, strong blue, orange, green, blue, strong yellow, strong indigo, strong pink, yellow, indigo, and violet.

It relies on the premise that each color is associated with a different bodily response.
